Yes Bank Stocks Today, Yes Bank Share Price Updates June 3, 2025: Yes Bank shares tumbled 10% in early trade on Tuesday. The bank has issued clarification pertaining to report “Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC) to seek RBI Yes for licence to operate wholly owned arm– Move Seen As Part of A Plan To Acquire Controlling Stake in Yes Bank”.
The bank said that it is not privy to discussions in relation to matters stated in the article. “Further, references to the Bank having ‘road map’ discussions with the RBI are factually incorrect.”
In addition, the bank is said to consider fundraising at its board meeting today.
